The Pacific North West is ranked as one of the best diving cold water locations in the world! There are amazing shipwrecks to explore, drift dives or even a sighting of the elusive giant octopus. The waters may be a little cooler around here but wear a dry suit and you'll be amazed at how warm and cozy you are!

Before you jump into the ocean a simple one hour orientation in a pool gives you the understanding of how to use your suit. After mastery of the required skills in the confined waters of a pool its time to jump into the ocean -- where the real fun begins.

Combine this course with a trip to The Scuba Shack Cottage and you'll notice that waters here can be just as clear as the tropics and the dry suit will keep you toasty warm!
